Mount Tai became a great mountain because it accepted everything without being selective about the type of soil. Mount Tai, located in Shandong Province, China, was able to become a great mountain because it accepted even the smallest clump of soil without rejecting it.
It is said that a great person has the ability to listen to various opinions and bring them together. A person with a broad mind is said to listen willingly to even the most uninteresting opinions and achieve success in significant endeavors.
